State Meeting Schedule

The New Jersey State Board of Directors will meet four times each year. The first meeting is held in conjunction with the NJ State Jamboree and Hall of Fame Dinner weekend, which is scheduled for the last week in September. The venue is the Jamboree location. The time and date is 10AM Sunday morning of the Jamboree weekend.

The second meeting is the 1st Sunday in December to discuss progress on initiatives and to plan for the Tournament season.

The third meeting is on the first Sunday of March to discuss progress on initiatives and to plan for the Youth tournaments and Open Championship Tournaments.

The fourth meeting of the year is usually on the second Sunday in June. This meeting will recognize the Open Championship winners as well as presenting the Youth Scholarship winners for the current season.
